Privacy at Risena

Information we process

Merchant account email, authentication information, language preference, store details, Google review links, public logos and page text. Customer feedback may include a rating, message and optional email. We also process internal notes, replies, delivery status, timestamps and store-page activity identifiers.

Please do not submit medical records, health details or other sensitive information. Risena is a business feedback tool, not a medical record system. Private feedback is shown to the owning business account, not published by Risena as a public review. Store logos, names and customized customer-page text are public.

Purposes and providers

We use data to provide accounts, store pages, feedback, email notifications, replies, activity statistics and security. Cloudflare serves the website; Supabase provides authentication, database and logo storage; Resend sends transactional email. Zoho handles our support mailbox. Providers may process technical logs, including network information, under their policies. Opening Google links uses Google services; future Apple purchases use Apple services.

Languages and session storage

Account and customer languages are independent. Original messages are not automatically translated. The website stores session credentials in this browser to keep you signed in; native devices use protected secure storage. Passwords are not stored in plaintext in this app. Sign out on shared devices.

Retention and deletion

Feedback, related internal notes, replies and delivery records are retained for up to 24 months from the original feedback date, then removed by scheduled cleanup. Store activity events are also cleaned after 24 months. Store settings and current logos remain while the account exists. Replaced logo objects may remain until account deletion.

Deleting an account removes its merchant identity, stores, feedback, notes, replies, queued mail and uploaded logos. Service-provider backups and technical logs may remain for their own limited retention periods; deletion from the live service does not instantly erase every backup or already-delivered email. Apple retains and manages its own purchase records; deleting Risena does not cancel subscriptions. We do not sell feedback or use it for advertising profiles.

Your choices

Customers can leave the email field blank. Merchants can edit store settings, disable public pages, sign out and delete their accounts in Account settings. Contact us about access or correction requests. We may update this notice as the service changes and will show the effective date here.

请勿填写医疗记录、健康详情或其他敏感信息。Risena 是商家反馈工具，不是医疗记录系统。私人反馈供所属商家账户查看，Risena 不会将其发布为公开评价。店名、Logo 和自定义客户页面文案会公开显示。

用途与服务商

数据用于账户、店铺页面、反馈、邮件通知、回复、活动统计与安全。Cloudflare 托管网站；Supabase 提供身份验证、数据库和 Logo 存储；Resend 发送事务邮件；Zoho 承载支持邮箱。服务商可能按各自政策处理网络信息等技术日志。打开 Google 链接时会使用 Google 服务；未来的 Apple 购买使用 Apple 服务。

语言与登录保存

商家与客户语言独立，留言和回复不自动翻译。网页会在当前浏览器保存会话凭据以保持登录；原生 App 使用受保护的安全存储。App 不保存密码明文。请在共用设备上退出账户。

保留与删除

反馈及关联的内部备注、回复和邮件送达记录，自原反馈日期起最多保留24个月，之后由定时任务清理；店铺活动事件也在24个月后清理。账户存在期间保留店铺设置和当前 Logo，替换下来的 Logo 文件可能保留至删号。

删号会删除商家账户、店铺、反馈、备注、回复、待发邮件及上传的 Logo。服务商备份和技术日志可能在其各自有限保留期内继续存在；线上删除不代表全部备份或已送达邮件立即消失。Apple 独立保管其交易记录；删除 Risena 账户不会取消订阅。我们不出售反馈，也不将其用于广告画像。

顾客可不填写邮箱。商家可修改店铺设置、停用公开页面、退出或在账户设置中删除账户。查询、更正等请求可联系支持。服务变化时可能更新本说明，并在本页标明生效日期。
